I believe what you said made a lot of sense. However, think about this, what if you added a little information? I ain't saying your content is not good., but what if you added something to maybe grab folk's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You might look at Yahoo's front page and see how they write article headlines to grab viewers to click. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to get people interested about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.
